This year, we’re proud to share Evie’s Gift’s first ever Impact Report, a heartfelt and honest reflection on the work we’ve done to support families facing the unimaginable.
Between April 2024 and March 2025, Evie’s Gift awarded £20,499.52 in emergency grants, helping families with urgent costs like food, travel, and accommodation. In total, we supported over 172 people across 178 nights of accommodation, stepping in where hospital-affiliated options weren’t available. These interventions not only relieved emotional and financial pressure for families in crisis, but also gave medical teams peace of mind, knowing loved ones could stay nearby.
Our reach continues to grow. In 2024/25, we helped families from 29.2% of UK regions, with referrals from 13 hospitals and charities—including Bristol Hospitals, Young Lives vs Cancer, and Demelza. This is a testament to the trust placed in our small, responsive team and the real-world impact of our support.
We are proud of our role as a family-led partner of The Brain Tumour Charity, and of the partnerships we hold with charities like Young Lives V Cancer. These collaborations ensure families are not just supported practically, but feel surrounded by compassion during the hardest days of their lives.
This work is powered by Evie’s legacy—her compassion, courage, and deep sense of justice. She continues to inspire everything we do. And this year, we were honoured to be shortlisted by the Pride of Britain Fund 2025, a recognition of the difference one young girl’s spirit can make when it lives on through collective kindness.
To everyone who has stood with us—our supporters, donors, referral partners, and the trusts and foundations who make our work possible—thank you. You are helping us make sure no family faces these moments alone.
