David Crane completes his 6 x 60 @ 60 CHALLENGE!

Congratulations David! This weekend he completed the sixth and final 60 mile walk in his 6 x 60 @ 60 challenge, making him a true Evie’s Gift legend! David’s ultra endurance 100km in Cirencester brought to a close a series of six gruelling long-distance walks in which he has walked a total of 360 miles. To put this in context, that’s like walking from Oxford to Glasgow.

David was keen to thank everyone who has supported him saying, ‘Thank you for all the messages of support, which I do see on the walk, but have little time and energy to respond to. It was a hard walk with some lung-busting climbs in the first 30 miles, and hot and humid weather. I was pretty much running on empty by the half-way dinner stop, and the last 30 miles were in energy management mode.’
